DeVANS Modern Breweries Appoints Vikas Bhatia as COO

DeVANS Modern Breweries Limited has appointed beverage industry veteran Vikas Bhatia as Chief Operating Officer to strengthen its commercial capabilities and accelerate national market expansion.
Bhatia brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across sales, marketing, go-to-market execution, route-to-market strategies, and operational scaling. Over his career in the FMCG and alcobev sectors, he has held senior leadership and commercial roles at leading global and Indian corporations, including Red Bull, SABMiller, Diageo, Radico Khaitan, and Kraft Heinz.
In his new mandate as COO at DeVANS, Bhatia will oversee market development, operational excellence, on-premise and retail distribution networks, and strategic growth opportunities across the company’s brewing and distilling operations.
Established as one of India’s legacy brewing and distilling companies, DeVANS Modern Breweries produces prominent beverage brands, including Godfather beer, the Six Fields craft beer range, GianChand single malt whisky, and Gingalalahu craft dry gin. The leadership appointment supports DeVANS’ vision to scale its production capacity, expand distribution across new states, and capture growing demand in India’s premium alcoholic beverage market.
