Times Innovative Media Limited (TIM) has elevated Sumit Chadha to the role of Chief Revenue Officer: Corporate Business, a move that underscores the company’s push to sharpen its revenue engine and deepen client partnerships in a rapidly evolving out-of-home (OOH) and transit media market.
Previously, Chadha served as Senior Vice President and Business Head – TIM Airports & City Media at Times OOH, where he led strategy and growth for the company’s premium airport and city media assets. In that role, he was credited with expanding TIM’s footprint across high-traffic transit environments, strengthening relationships with national and regional advertisers, and aligning inventory with integrated media solutions rather than standalone location buys.
In his new position as CRO: Corporate Business, Chadha will oversee the corporate revenue vertical with a mandate to accelerate top-line growth, scale programmatic and technology-led offerings, and embed AI-powered capabilities into planning, buying and measurement. He has outlined three core priorities: building long-term partnerships with key accounts, driving programmatic scale across digital OOH networks, and leveraging data and automation to improve platform yield and campaign performance.
The promotion comes at a time when OOH advertisers are shifting from buying fixed locations to investing in integrated, measurable media solutions that combine physical reach with digital flexibility and audience insights. Industry conversations around OOH increasingly emphasize evolution with technology, improved measurability and outcomes-based analysis, areas where TIM has been actively working through research collaborations and digital upgrades across its networks.
Chadha’s elevation signals TIM’s intent to consolidate its corporate business leadership under a single revenue-focused mandate, aligning sales, product and analytics teams to deliver more client-centric, performance-oriented OOH campaigns. His background in airport and city media, combined with a stated focus on programmatic and AI-led growth, positions him to steer TIM’s next phase of expansion as brands look for scalable, data-informed outdoor strategies in India’s key urban and transit markets.
