Real estate developer Casagrand has appointed digital marketing agency AdLift to strengthen its visibility across AI-powered search and discovery platforms, deploying AdLift’s proprietary AI Search Visibility platform, Tesseract. The engagement marks one of the first dedicated “AI search visibility” mandates in the Indian real estate sector, as brands begin to treat large language model (LLM) responses as a new frontier for discovery.
Under the mandate, Tesseract will analyse how Casagrand appears across AI-driven experiences such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, tracking brand mentions, context and share of voice in generative search results. The platform will help the company identify gaps in discoverability, understand why competitors may be recommended instead, and develop strategies to improve its presence in AI-generated answers that increasingly influence high-consideration purchases like homes.
Prashant Puri, Co-founder & CEO, AdLift, said: “Casagrand has always embraced innovation to create better experiences for its customers, and we’re delighted to be part of that journey. The brands that will lead tomorrow are the ones preparing for tomorrow’s consumer behaviour today. As AI becomes a key part of how people research, compare and make decisions, understanding visibility across these platforms is becoming increasingly important. Through Tesseract, we look forward to helping Casagrand unlock meaningful insights and build a stronger presence across the evolving AI search ecosystem.”
Diptakirti Chaudhuri, CMO, Casagrand said: “At Casagrand, we’re constantly looking at how technology can help us stay closer to our customers and evolve with changing consumer behaviour. As AI becomes an increasingly important part of the discovery journey, understanding how our brand is represented across these platforms is a valuable step forward. We believe AdLift’s expertise and the capabilities of Tesseract will help us navigate this evolving landscape while strengthening our digital presence.”
For Casagrand, the move is part of a broader push to future-proof its digital presence as consumer search behaviour shifts from traditional blue links to conversational, AI-mediated answers. The company said AdLift’s expertise and Tesseract’s capabilities will help it navigate this evolving landscape while strengthening its overall digital footprint in a competitive real estate market.
