DTDC Express Limited has promoted Neha Bagchi to Vice President – Marketing & Retail, recognising her contribution to strengthening the brand and driving its marketing agenda. Bagchi, who earlier served as Head of Marketing at DTDC, will now lead both the Marketing and Retail functions, bringing brand, customer and business priorities under a single leadership mandate.
In her expanded role, Bagchi will oversee brand building, consumer engagement and integrated marketing initiatives, while also steering DTDC’s consumer-facing retail operations as the logistics player continues to scale its technology and new-age offerings. The move aligns with DTDC’s push to deepen its presence in e-commerce, D2C and SME segments, where marketing and retail experience are increasingly intertwined.
Bagchi has been associated with DTDC’s marketing function since March 2025, initially joining as Associate Vice President before moving to Head of Marketing. During this period, she has played a key role in shaping the brand’s evolving narrative, consumer engagement frameworks and cross-channel campaigns, including recent initiatives around last-mile innovation and regional accessibility.
Prior to DTDC, Bagchi served as Director of Marketing at logistics platform Shipyaari, where she worked on digital presence and marketing programmes around same-day and next-day delivery services. Her background spans brand strategy, digital marketing and growth-led communications across logistics and tech-enabled services.
The promotion comes at a time when DTDC is actively expanding its consumer-facing propositions, from specialised delivery solutions for water-bound communities in Kerala to broader campaigns around reliability, speed and reach. By unifying marketing and retail under one leader, the company aims to create tighter feedback loops between brand storytelling, customer experience and on-ground retail performance, as it competes in an increasingly crowded logistics and express-delivery market.
