LS Digital has launched Commerce One, a commerce growth platform designed to help consumer brands scale across marketplaces, quick commerce and direct-to-consumer channels. The platform unifies fragmented commerce data and connects insights to strategy, planning and execution.
Commerce One integrates data from more than 10 marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa, along with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. It addresses the challenge of brands managing separate data systems, advertising consoles and operating processes across multiple storefronts.
The platform is organised into three connected stages: Observe, Navigate and Execute. Observe provides a continuous view of digital shelf performance, category and competitor movement and emerging demand.
Navigate converts those insights into growth priorities, helping brands identify which products, channels and categories to scale and where inventory should be allocated. Execute activates those priorities through retail media and product-page optimisation.
All six products within Commerce One operate on a shared data foundation, allowing performance results from execution to feed directly back into the next planning cycle.
Commerce One has been piloted with eight brands across personal care, baby care, beauty, beverages, food, home and hardware categories. Early pilots showed a 1x improvement in ROAS for a skincare brand, 25% ad-revenue growth for a heritage tea brand and a 22% reduction in ACOS for a home and furniture brand without additional spend.
Prasad Shejale, founder and CEO, LS Digital, said: “Commerce in India is no longer a single-channel game. Brands are growing across marketplaces, quick commerce and their own storefronts at the same time, and the hardest question is no longer how to run each channel, but where to invest for growth. Commerce One gives brands a connected view of the market to make those choices with confidence, and to act on them at speed.”
Nitin Kumar Kosari, Business Head – eMarket, LS Digital, said, “Every brand faces the same questions: which products can scale, where to launch next, where penetration is lagging, and how to allocate inventory and media across channels. We built Commerce One to answer those questions with data rather than instinct, and to carry those answers through to execution.”
The launch reinforces LS Digital’s shift toward AI-led, data-driven growth solutions for brands navigating India’s increasingly fragmented digital commerce ecosystem.
