There is always someone who knows exactly how they like their coffee. They have a preferred order, a favourite café and a very specific way of enjoying their cup. As coffee becomes an increasingly personal part of everyday life and social culture, IGP, an international gifts platform, is celebrating these coffee rituals this International Coffee Day with the launch of ‘The IGP Coffee Edit,’ bringing coffee and gifting together.
At the heart of the campaign is The Coffee Edit Collection, featuring a new range of coffee themed cakes created especially for International Coffee Day, with designs inspired by different coffee preferences and personalities. The collection also has a range of coffee inspired gifting options from IGP’s existing range, including personalised mugs and tumblers, premium hampers, coffee inspired bouquets and more. Adding a personal touch, every order will also come with a Coffee Note, allowing customers to add a personalised message for the recipient. The collection will have a dedicated journey on the IGP platform, where consumers can discover the new Coffee Day cakes, coffee inspired gifts and limited edition collaborations as part of The IGP Coffee Edit.
Commenting on the campaign, Tarun Joshi, Founder and CEO, IGP, said, “As a celebration company, we are constantly looking at the different occasions and everyday moments that give people a reason to celebrate and so are our customers. International Coffee Day is one such occasion that lends itself naturally to gifting, especially as coffee has become such an integral part of everyday life and culture, particularly among Gen Z and millennials. With The IGP Coffee Edit, we wanted to turn this familiar everyday passion into a meaningful gifting occasion and give coffee lovers another reason to celebrate. The launch brings this idea to life through a new range of coffee themed cakes created especially for Coffee Day, alongside thoughtfully curated offerings that make the occasion feel personal and relevant.”
As part of the campaign, IGP is partnering with abCoffee, a coffee brand that has gained popularity among Gen Z and millennials, to create limited edition hampers that bring together its coffee offerings with IGP’s personalised gifting formats. Taking the coffee theme beyond traditional gifting, IGP is also partnering with Blue Heaven for a digital giveaway, bringing together its coffee flavoured lip collection with IGP’s coffee inspired cakes. These cross category collaborations bring together coffee, beauty and gifting, creating new ways for consumers to engage with the trend.
The campaign will also explore different coffee personalities through creator-led content, from the iced coffee girlie and cappuccino purist to the mocha maximalist and espresso person, inviting audiences to identify their coffee personality and discover gifting options that match.
With ‘The IGP Coffee Edit’, IGP is bringing the growing pop culture around coffee lovers into the world of gifting, turning a familiar everyday ritual into a new gifting occasion. The campaign brings together coffee, personalization and cross category collaborations, giving consumers new ways to celebrate their shared love for coffee.
