Amagi Media Labs has reported a strong start to FY27, with streaming revenue growing 39% year-on-year in Q1 and more than 80 advertisers now active on its ad-tech platform, reflecting deepening monetisation across its content and distribution network. The company’s ad monetisation activity expanded sharply during the quarter, with monetised ad impressions rising 59% YoY, underscoring the traction of its programmatic and direct-sold advertising solutions.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Amagi posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹436.9 crore, up 32% YoY, while consolidated net profit surged over 760% to ₹33.9 crore, helped by improved operating leverage and scale efficiencies. EBITDA turned positive at ₹298 million, compared with a loss of ₹12 million in Q1 FY26, as the company continued to invest in cloud broadcast, streaming unification and ad-tech capabilities while driving higher utilisation across its platform.
The growth in streaming revenue and advertiser count comes as Amagi deepens its work with content owners, broadcasters and digital platforms to launch and scale FAST (free ad-supported streaming TV) channels and hybrid AVOD/SVOD models. With over 80 advertisers now on the platform, the company is seeing stronger demand for targeted, data-driven ad inventory across sports, entertainment and news verticals, both in India and international markets.
Management highlighted that the quarter’s performance reflects the payoff of recent product enhancements, global customer wins and tighter integration between its Streaming Unification and Monetization & Marketplace divisions. As the industry shifts further towards cloud-based playout and connected-TV advertising, Amagi is positioning itself as a full-stack infrastructure partner that helps rights holders maximise reach and revenue across linear, OTT and FAST environments.
