Ageas Federal Life Insurance has expanded the leadership responsibilities of three senior executives as it sharpens its focus on strategic partnerships, digital distribution, and customer-centric growth. The changes place Debashish Duttagupta, Gaurav Dubey, and Gaurav Jain in larger roles that connect distribution strategy with business expansion.
Debashish Duttagupta has been elevated from National Head – Alternate Channels to National Head – Strategic Partner Acquisition & Growth. In his new mandate, he will lead partnership development across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, corporate agents, affinity partners, digital platforms, and institutional clients. The move signals a stronger push toward ecosystem-led growth and broader business reach.
Gaurav Dubey, who currently heads Digital Distribution, has also seen his responsibilities widened. His portfolio now includes Digital Distribution, Retail Broking, Insurance Marketing Firm, Regional Rural Bank, and Direct-to-Consumer businesses. The expanded role puts him at the centre of the company’s efforts to build scalable, technology-enabled distribution models and improve channel productivity.
Gaurav Jain has likewise been given a larger mandate. While continuing as National Head – Product Management & Product Pricing, he will now also oversee Distribution Strategy. That combination should help align product innovation, pricing decisions, customer insights, and channel performance more closely than before.
