Arti Singh, CEO of Immersive Communication, joins the jury for the 15th ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards 2026, bringing 18+ years of expertise in experiential marketing and brand engagement.
The ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards is back with its 15th edition this year! The awards aim to honour companies, organisations and individuals responsible for outstanding customer-focused initiatives across digital, data-led and experiential platforms. Arti Singh, Founder & CEO of Immersive Communication Pvt Ltd (An Impact Group Company), joins the eminent line-up of jury members drawn from the advertising, marketing and technology ecosystem.
With 25+ years in experiential marketing, activations, events, retail and exhibitions, Singh excels in business development, client servicing, solution selling and operations management. She founded Immersive in 2021 (incorporated 2021), which partnered with Impact Communications in March 2025 for scaled infrastructure and tech-driven brand experiences. Previously, as VP at Dentsu Hyperspace (2021), VP at Madison World (2019-2021), and Associate Business Director at Posterscope (2009-2021), she led retail, mall, cinema and OOH campaigns, winning POPAI 2014 for excellence in entertainment retail.
Immersive Communication delivered holistic brand-consumer connections via data, planning and creative execution. For ACEF, Singh’s leadership in immersive solutions will evaluate entries in experiential, shopper marketing and activation categories, ensuring real-world impact.
