With over 515 entries received, this year’s awards showcased the evolving landscape of customer engagement driven by creativity, data, technology, and measurable impact.
The evaluation process was conducted by an esteemed global jury panel comprising senior leaders from leading organizations including Nuvama, Adobe, Kellanova, SDB Bank, Zigma8 (Dubai), Connect Network Inc., and global independent consultants. The jury unanimously recognized the process as transparent, structured, and aligned with global standards.
As highlighted by jury members, the evaluation framework built on Concept, Execution, and Impact – ensured that campaigns were assessed holistically, balancing creativity with strategic depth and real-world business outcomes.
Insightful Summit Conversations
The summit featured thought-provoking discussions and leadership perspectives on the future of customer engagement. A key highlight was the panel discussion on “Engagement as the New Growth Currency,” moderated by Kaushik Chakravorty, with industry leaders from Radio City and Bhopuwala Creative Solutions, and the creator ecosystem sharing insights on evolving consumer behaviour and engagement strategies.
The keynote address by Zahir Mirza, Director, Board, Sir J. J. School of Art, Architecture and Design University, provided a compelling perspective on “Engaging with the Next – What it Takes to Keep Up with the New,” emphasizing the importance of innovation, adaptability, and creative thinking in a rapidly changing landscape.
