Freshworks, the Chennai-headquartered SaaS unicorn powering customer service with AI-driven solutions, has appointed Kady Srinivasan as Chief Marketing Officer. Srinivasan joins at a pivotal time as Freshworks accelerates global expansion and deepens its leadership in customer engagement platforms like Freshdesk and Freshsales.
With over 20 years of marketing expertise across tech giants like Cisco and Adobe, Srinivasan brings proven success in scaling B2B brands, driving demand generation, and building customer-centric narratives. Her tenure at Cisco saw her lead go-to-market strategies for security and collaboration solutions, consistently achieving double-digit growth in competitive markets.
In her new role, Srinivasan will oversee global marketing operations, brand positioning, product marketing, and partnerships, focusing on amplifying Freshworks’ AI innovations like Freddy AI copilot. She aims to strengthen demand in SMB and enterprise segments while enhancing community engagement across APAC, Americas, and EMEA.
