Goodies Narayanan joins Bacardi India as Director Marketing – CMO, leading consumer and customer marketing across iconic brands like Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, and Bombay Sapphire.
Bacardi India has appointed Goodies Narayanan as Director Marketing – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for India, effective December 2025. In this role, she will lead all consumer and customer marketing teams across the company’s premium portfolio, including Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, and Bombay Sapphire—brands renowned for their cultural impact and heritage.
Narayanan joins from Coursera, where she served as Head of International Marketing, Revenue, and Growth, driving strategies across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing at Disney+ Hotstar, she helped scale the platform to over 300 million users in India, managing flagship campaigns like IPL while overseeing brand, performance, social media, and content marketing.
Her career also spans senior roles at Procter & Gamble, GSK, Siemens, Mind Trainers, and Fab Hind, building expertise in digital transformation, data-driven growth, and category leadership. Narayanan expressed excitement about returning to consumer brands after consumer-tech stints, noting Bacardi’s diversity commitment and potential to shape the evolving alco-bev industry.
This appointment strengthens Bacardi India’s leadership as it targets innovation and cultural resonance in a competitive market.
