Malladi, a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in media, digital transformation, and IT, steps into the role with a proven track record in driving performance marketing, crafting effective social campaigns, and guiding large teams across the digital spectrum.
Malladi’s career journey is marked by a series of impactful roles in the Indian media and advertising landscape. Before joining Mindshare Fulcrum, he spent nearly seven years at Madison World, leading both Madison Loop’s social and creative vertical as Vice President, and earlier steering Madison Digital’s data-led initiatives. He has also contributed his expertise as General Manager at PHD India, sharpening digital strategies for notable clients, and as Business Director at Madison World, focusing on integrated digital planning.
His digital career began at Media2win, followed by a key stint as Digital Media Planner at Star India, where he played a role in the early evolution of India’s digital communications space.
