Her move brings agency-side communications experience to McDonald’s India – North and East. It strengthens the company’s in-house PR and corporate communications capability across its markets.
Sharma is expected to support media relations, corporate storytelling, reputation management and brand communication for McDonald’s in North and East India.
Her appointment reflects the growing importance of strategic communications in India’s QSR sector. As consumer conversations move quickly across digital and news platforms, brands need strong in-house PR teams to protect reputation and build consumer trust.
