Nutella has launched a new Diwali campaign featuring actor and brand endorser Ranveer Singh. The digital film celebrates festive food, family gatherings and the joy of adding a Nutella touch to traditional Diwali celebrations.
The campaign is built around the message, ‘Diwali tastes better with Nutella’. It positions the hazelnut cocoa spread as a modern addition to the festive table, alongside traditional sweets and family favourites.
The film opens with Ranveer Singh preparing his home for Diwali. He straightens cushions, adjusts the lights and pauses to enjoy the fragrance of mogra flowers, which reminds him of his grandmother.
The story then moves to the dining table, where Singh checks whether all his favourite Diwali foods are ready. He notices that Nutella is missing and places the jar proudly at the head of the table.
Guests then join him in saying, ‘Diwali tastes better with Nutella’. The moment reinforces the idea that small additions can make festive occasions more special.
Zoher Kapuswala, marketing head, Ferrero India, said, “Diwali is a festival where food is at the heart of how we celebrate — from traditional favourites made at home to the special additions that make a festive table feel complete. With this campaign, we wanted to spotlight the joy of these shared moments and show how a touch of Nutella can add something special to the festivities. Ranveer’s infectious energy in the story makes Nutella® feel like an effortless part of the celebration rather than just another product on the table. We hope the film inspires people to add their own Nutella® touch to the festive season and make Diwali a little more delicious”
The film combines humour, nostalgia and a familiar family setting. It uses Singh’s playful personality to connect the brand with Diwali memories, home preparation and the joy of celebrating with loved ones.
The campaign is available on Nutella’s social media platforms and will run across digital channels during the festive period.
With this Diwali film, Nutella continues its association with Ranveer Singh and strengthens its festive marketing strategy in India. The brand aims to make Nutella part of both everyday food moments and special family celebrations.
