Sirona, the Indian femtech and women’s wellness brand, has appointed Nidhi Vohra as Chief Business Officer (CBO), marking a key leadership addition as the company enters its next phase of growth. In her new role, Vohra will work closely with Sirona’s founding team to drive the company’s business strategy and growth agenda, with responsibility for brand building, business growth, category expansion and P&L.
Vohra brings over 20 years of experience across beauty, personal care, skincare, colour cosmetics and FMCG, having held senior leadership roles at Dabur India, Colorbar Cosmetics, BigBasket, Vega Industries, Avon Beauty Products and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL). At ABFRL, she was instrumental in setting up the Personal Care business from the ground up and launching the W Beauty brand, working across brands including W and Aurelia. Her experience spans consumer insights, product development, sourcing, operations, marketing, distribution and P&L management, including building businesses and brands from scratch.
“Sirona has built a truly distinctive brand by identifying problems women have often been expected to simply live with and creating thoughtful solutions around them. What excites me is the opportunity to build on this foundation, deepening Sirona’s leadership in menstrual and intimate hygiene, while expanding into new areas of women’s wellness and reaching consumers across life stages.”
— Nidhi Vohra, Chief Business Officer, Sirona
“Nidhi’s experience in building businesses from the ground up and scaling consumer brands will be invaluable as we build Sirona into a broader women’s wellness brand. We are delighted to have her join us.”
— Deep Bajaj, Re-founder & CEO, Sirona
The appointment comes as Sirona looks to strengthen its brand leadership and expand across consumer segments and categories, moving beyond its core menstrual and intimate hygiene portfolio into adjacent areas of women’s wellness. Vohra, who has reportedly been with Sirona for about two months in her new role, will focus on scaling existing businesses and identifying new growth opportunities as the brand targets a larger audience and a wider product ecosystem.
