At The Oberoi and Trident, Vaidya will oversee marketing strategy, brand communications, digital presence, media relations and guest experience initiatives, working closely with sales, revenue and operations teams to drive visibility and engagement in a competitive luxury market. Her background in both corporate communications and property-level marketing positions her to align brand narratives with on-ground guest experiences, while leveraging digital and PR to strengthen the properties’ positioning among leisure and business travellers.
The move comes as Mumbai’s luxury hospitality segment continues to see strong demand from both domestic and international travellers, with brands investing more in differentiated storytelling, digital content and experience-led marketing to stand out.
