Friday, September 4, 2026: Medhavi Group has launched a new platform called MedhaviOne. Along with this launch, the company has appointed Amit Haralalka as Co-Founder and CEO of the new venture. MedhaviOne is built on shared standards for skills and credentials, aiming to connect education and employment more closely across India.
Haralalka joins MedhaviOne after spending time as Head of Growth at Tata Digital. In that role, he handled overall growth for the Tata Neu App, covering acquisition, retention, and cross-sell strategies across fintech and commerce categories. His responsibilities included driving growth for credit cards, UPI payments, bill payments, personal loans, and insurance products like term and ULIP plans. He joined Tata Digital in May 2024, and this new role marks a major shift from a large corporate digital business to a mission-focused platform in the skills and education space.
Beyond his time at Tata Digital, Haralalka brings global experience spanning the United States, China, and India. This wide exposure across different markets is expected to help him bring varied perspectives to MedhaviOne’s approach toward building a skills-first ecosystem in the country. He is also known to be a published author, adding another dimension to his professional background.
At MedhaviOne, Haralalka will work closely with the platform’s co-founders, Pravesh Dudani and Kuldip Sarma, who have spent years building the foundation of Medhavi Group’s work in youth employability. He will also collaborate with Group Chief Strategy Officer Devender Saini. Together, this team aims to build what they describe as the infrastructure through which India learns to work.
Speaking about his new role, Haralalka said that Pravesh and Kuldip have built an incredible foundation over the years, championing youth employability across the country. He added that his focus now is to take that deep institutional knowledge and scale it up to a national level. He described MedhaviOne as a critical piece of national infrastructure and said he feels honoured to lead this mission toward what the company calls a truly Skills-First India.
MedhaviOne itself is positioned as the commercial platform of Medhavi Group. Its main goal is to close the gap between learning and livelihood at a national scale. The platform is designed to let institutions map their academic programs directly to current industry demand. It also involves enterprises in validating the actual capabilities of learners, rather than relying only on traditional degrees or certificates.
According to reports, MedhaviOne’s launch is backed by 14 years of experience built up through Medhavi Group’s earlier work, including its established base of around 650,000 learners. This existing scale gives the new platform a strong starting point as it works to align education more closely with real employment outcomes across the country.
With Haralalka now at the helm, MedhaviOne enters a growing space in India where education, skilling, and employment platforms are trying to solve one of the country’s biggest economic challenges: preparing a young, large workforce with skills that actually match what employers need. His mixed background in fast-scaling digital consumer platforms and now a mission-led education venture positions him to bring a fresh, growth-oriented approach to this space.
