
Mia by Tanishq, Titan’s contemporary fine jewellery brand for young and working consumers, has appointed Sneha Kanukolanu as Marketing Lead, based in Bengaluru. The move underscores the brand’s intent to sharpen its marketing strategy as it accelerates retail expansion and digital penetration across India.
In her new role, Kanukolanu will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, strengthening customer engagement, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns that align with Mia’s positioning as a stylish, everyday jewellery brand. She will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth across offline and online channels, including partnerships with platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkar Minutes and Swiggy Instamart, where Mia already derives a meaningful share of sales.
Before joining Mia by Tanishq, Kanukolanu led marketing at The Bear House, where she handled brand positioning, digital growth strategies, and retail marketing initiatives that helped scale the lifestyle dining brand. Her experience in building emotionally resonant brand stories and executing data-driven digital campaigns is expected to complement Mia’s existing focus on Gen Z and millennial audiences.
The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Mia, which has recently crossed ₹1,000 crore in revenue and is targeting ₹2,000 crore by FY26, while expanding its store count from around 250 towards 300. With a refreshed marketing leader in place, the brand is likely to intensify its festive campaigns, digital storytelling, and experiential retail initiatives to further deepen its connection with young, aspirational customers.
