Juneja’s journey to the COO position has been built over more than 15 years across agency operations, digital transformation and integrated business strategy. Before joining Dentsu Creative in 2022 as Managing Partner, she spent over 11 years at WATConsult, where she developed deep expertise in client leadership, agency growth and P&L management. Her earlier career began at Della Adventure & Resorts, where she laid the foundations of her business strategy and marketing skills.
In her new role, Juneja will lead Dentsu Creative’s pan-India operations, overseeing scale, culture and strategic impact across clients and markets. Her expertise in business transformation, social media marketing, B2B strategy and operational leadership makes her well-suited to drive the agency’s next phase of growth.
