Neha Ahuja is promoted to Position of Director, Growth for the Japan, Asia Pacific (JAPAC) region at Spotify. In this position, she will manage expansion and user growth strategy in the Japan, Korea, Australia and Southeast Asia markets. Her role will be responsible for driving marketing, product-market fit, payments strategy, and growth experiments based on data and culture to optimize user adoption and engagement.
Ahuja has worked with Spotify India for the past few years and is known for her senior roles in marketing where she played a pivotal role in launching the platform and becoming a market leader in four years. Sachdev enhanced the local organizational capacity and achieved pace-setting in consumer engagement and growth in the competitive Indian market.
Prior to joining Spotify, Ahuja has 20+ years of experience in marketing and growth across FMCG, telecom, and media & entertainment. Her career spans experience across Procter & Gamble, where she owned oral care brands and led growth programs, and Vodafone where she was the Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships leading brand strategy and digital campaigns.
