Leading private life insurer HDFC Life has promoted Alok Dwivedi to the position of Associate Vice President (Regional Head), expanding his leadership remit across regional sales operations, distribution channels, and business growth.
Based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Dwivedi has built extensive experience within HDFC Life’s sales and channel management ecosystem. Over his tenure with the insurer, he has progressed through key commercial leadership roles, including Corporate Sales Manager and Associate Regional Head. In these roles, he has managed high-performing agency teams, driven bancassurance tie-ups, strengthened distributor relations, and accelerated new customer acquisition across regional markets.
His operational expertise spans individual life insurance solutions, pension planning, group savings products, and strategic rider implementations. Throughout his sales management career, Dwivedi has focused on expanding market penetration across emerging Tier-2 and Tier-3 territories, improving policy persistency ratios, and driving compliance-led financial advisory.
In his elevated role as Associate Vice President (Regional Head), Dwivedi will oversee regional revenue targets, agency channel expansion, and strategic distribution partnerships across his assigned territory.
