Yash Raj Films has appointed Zena Kotwal as Head of Management & Strategy for YRF Talent

Yash Raj Films has appointed Zena Kotwal as Head of Management & Strategy for YRF Talent, reinforcing the studio’s talent management leadership.

Zena brings more than 18 years of experience in the talent management business, including over a decade at Matrix, where she worked closely with major names such as Vicky Kaushal, Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar, and Triptii Dimri. Her background gives her deep experience in shaping artist careers, building trust with talent, and navigating the business side of entertainment.

In her new role, she will focus on management and strategy for YRF Talent, helping guide long-term career planning and partnerships for the division’s roster. YRF Talent currently represents a strong mix of established and emerging talent, including Rani Mukerji, Ayushmann Khurrana, Sonam Kapoor, Ahaan Panday, Aneet Padda, Sharvari, Vaani Kapoor, and Shreya Chaudhry.
